RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible to undertake the processing of billing request into invoices to help timely recognition of the company’s revenues.
- Manage billings to be captured and identify inconsistencies.
- Ensure the sales and cost which under the same booking recognise in the same month.
- Work closely with operation to complete all the bookings before the month end closing cutoff.
- Ensure the uninvoice tickets are cleared within the timeline.
- Ensure the completeness of the bookings’ yield record in the book.
- Ensure the Product gross profit margin is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all Credit Notes are prepared timely as soon as approval is received.
- Complete all tasks on time with readiness of dashboard.
- Timely Reconciliation and resolve outstanding.
- Assist in developing and implement the SOP and provide training to other operation teams.
- Provide backup within the team when needed.
- Work together as a team player within the finance department and with other departments.
- Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience
- Preferably Executive specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
