POSITION
Incorp is looking for a passionate Secretarial Assistant to assist the secretarial team in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements by maintaining statutory books and records and a proper filing system for secretarial documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients
- Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients
- Familiar with using technology or cloud environments to prepare documents
- Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts
- Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties
- Maintain statutory books and records and ensure a proper filing system for secretarial documents
- Prepare a board of directors and members’ resolutions for disposal, acquisitions, and loan capital by the Company
- Liaise with auditors, public officers, and other relevant parties
- Prepare certified documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Corporate Administration or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Time management skills – prioritizing workload to ensure effective and efficient way in carry out duties
- Computer literate
- Well-versed in Companies Acts and regulatory requirements
- Detailed, meticulous, analytical with high problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to interact well with people
