    TPC Referral Program

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. TPC Membership: A TPC member is an individual must have either concluded our career skills training program or have been effectively matched and employed by one of our partner client companies.
    2. Eligibility: Participation in the TPC Referral Program is open to individuals who are legally eligible to work and refer candidates within the jurisdiction of the program’s operation.
    3. Referral Rewards: For each qualified candidate that is hired and completes a specified period of employment, both the referee and the referrer will be rewarded with RM150 each.
    4. Qualified Referrals: A qualified referral candidate is one who has not previously applied to TPC before and has been effectively matched and employed by one of our partner client companies. The referred candidate must acknowledge that they were referred by you at the time of their application.
    5. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the designated TPC referral form on this web page.
    6. Reward Payment: Rewards are typically processed within a specified timeframe after the referred candidate has commenced employment and met the necessary conditions.
    7. Program Duration: TPC reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
    8. Disqualification: TPC may disqualify any referrals in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms.
    9. Limitations of Liability: TPC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by referrers or candidates.
    10. Privacy: Personal information collected from referrers and candidates will be used in accordance with TPC’s privacy policy.
    11. Tax: Any tax liability arising from the reward is the responsibility of the referrer.
    12. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the referrer’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
